**Year ended 30 June 2023** 

The Charity has not operated since its foundation in June 2018.  It is unlikely that it be in a position to fulfil its charitable status until its principal, International Philanthropy Services Centre Limited becomes operational and has distributable profits with which to endow funds on this charity.  International Philanthropy Services Centre Limited expects to start operations within the coming year.
