**Purposes:** The aims and objectives of the Association shall be to provide in such a way as are charitable, a programme of social, spiritual, cultural, educational, recreational and youth activities in a common setting for residents of the Gallow's Hill area.   Members of the Association, together with youth workers concrened and committed adults and parents from the local community, shall be brought together by means of a management committee.
