Structure? governance and management CoDytitution - the Club is registered as a charity and was s¢t up by a constitution adopted OD l January 1980. The Club is also registered with the Cbarity Cornmission for Northern Ireland under number 107182 b. Financial Review The Club is reliant on comrnission on sales, subscriptions. grant funding from the British Limousin Cattle Society and sponsors for events. The Trustees consider that the fimds of the Club will enable them to havc sufficient resources at their disposal to be in a position to adequately fulfil their obligations. Reserves Policy The income of the Club is considcred stable and the risks associated with any si￿11fiCant reduction ID income is regarded as unlikely. PlaDS for the ￿tUre The charity intends to continue the work it perforn]s for the benefit of members and the public in accordance with the tern)s of its constitution. Trustees, responsibilities statement The Trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees, report and financial ststements in accordance with the applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards, The Tn￿teeS are responsible for keeping adequatc accounting records that are su15cient to sbow and explain the charity's transathions and disclose with reasonable accurdcy at any time the fLnancial position of the charity and enable them to cnsure that th¢ financial statements comply with the Charities legislation. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
