The Purpose of The Charltv: The church's charitable objective is principally focused on the advancement of religion, which is recognised by the Charity Commission as a charitable purpose having public benefit. This principle object of the charitable purpose is promoting and advancing the Christian faith in accordance with the basis of faith as stated in Chapter two of the Constitution of the Fellowship of Independent Methodist Churches. There is no harm flowing from our purpose. There is also no private benefit flowing from this purpose. Our beneficiaries are the general public in and around the district where a church is located, visStors from further afield, and any who listen to services over the internet, where that facility is provided. 6. Summary of the Charitles maln actlvltles to further it5 purposes for the publlc beneflt: The Church holds weekly Sunday Services for both regular attenders and visitors so that all can benefit from the teaching of the Word of God and fellowship together. A weekly Prayer Meeting is held and is open for all. There is a Sunday School ,a Kids Club which meets weekly,and a Toddler Group and Youth Group which meet fortnightly. These groups provide a platform to benefit children and young people from within the church and also for attendance from across the community. A monthly Ladies Coffee Morning provides a social and religious programme for ladies to attend from across the community. A Holiday Bible Clu b in the summertime is provided for children from across the community to enjoy. There also is a special Harvest Weekend and various Christmas events which are open for anyone to attend from across the community. Pastoral care and visiting is provided for all.
