I report to the charlty trustees on my examination of the accounts of the company for the year ended 5 April 2024. which
are set out on pages 3 lo 4.

As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparalion of the accounts in accordance wlth tho Charities Act
(Northern Ireland) 2008.11 is my responsibility to..
examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act (Northein Ireland) 2008;
follow the procedures laid down in the general Direclions given by the Charily Commission for Northem
Ireland under sedion 65(9>(b) of Ihe Charities AGI,. and
state whether partlcular malters have com6 to my attention.

I have examined your charity accounts as roqulred under section 65 of Ihe Charities Act and my examination was carried
out in accordance wlth the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section
65(9){b) of the Charities Acl.
My examination induded 8 review of the accounting Tecords kept by the charily and a rA)mparlson of the accounts
presented wilh Ihose records. It also includes consideralion of any unusual items or disdosures In the accounts and
seeking explanallons from you as charlty trustees concerning any such matters.

That accounting records were not kept in accordance with seclion 63 of the Charitles Act
