REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 5 APRIL 2024
The trustees present their annual report with Ihe accounts for the year ended 5 April 2024.
Purpose:
Carrickfergus Gospel Hall will-
advance the gospel of Jesus Christ among the general public, in accordanc8 With biblical principles and practice
both in the UK and abroad in a manner consislent wlth our statement of faith.
(li) support Ihe oulworklng of the Christian faith by donations to Christian missionaries and charities.
The public b8nèfit which flows from our purpose is Ihal the gospel of Jesus Christ is proclaimed among the general
public locally and abroad which may result in a personal faith in Jesus Christ and18ad lo an improved spirilual. mental
and moral wellbeing.
Activities durlng the year:
Carrickfergus Gospel Hall arranges activities to advance the Christian gospel among young people, ladies, men and th8
general public. These activitles included gospel meetings, bible studies and fellowship meeting8.
Duiing the year Carrickfergus Gospel Hall provided financial supwrt to Christians involved in mlsslonary work in the UK,
Ireland and other countries.
Flnanclal summary:
Al Ihe start of the financial year, 6 April 2023, Carrickfergus Gospel Hall (the charily) held £30,168.75 in bank accounts
and cash. During the year the charily provided finandal support of £45,215.00 for Christian worker8 at home and abroad.
A total of £4,768.47 w8s spent on expenses and building maintenance. At 5 Aprll 2024, the charity held £21,820.38 in
bank accounts and cash.
Governing document:
Carrlckfergus Gospel Hall is goveined by a Trust Deed daled 29th September 2018.
The trustee8 have had regard to the Commission's Public benefit requirement statutory guldance.
