A formal valuatlon has not been undertaken on the Gospel Hall building and as a result no value has been entered within
assets on the above slalement.
Tho deeds to the Gospel Hall are held with the solicllor for the current Trustees and were acquired by an Indenture made
on 22 November 2001 by th6 previous Trustees.
Insurance Is In place for the Building lo the sum insured of £1.068,693 and for contents lo the sum insured of £64,896.
