Note 1- Gospel Hall building and contents:
A formal valuation has not been undertaken on the Gospel Hall building and as a result no value has been entered within
assets on the above statement.
The deeds to the Gospel Hall are held with the solicitor for the current Trustees and were acquired by an Indenture made
on 22 November 2001 by the previous Trustees.
Insurance is in place for the Building to the sum insured of £954,190 and for contents lo the sum insured of £72,942.
