**Purposes:** The Community is established to:  2.1 Raise awareness of, and support culture, traditions and language of Russian speaking countries in Northern Ireland for the benefit of general public and migrants from those countries living in Northern Ireland;  2.2 Contribute to the cultural diversity, good community relations and the social inclusion of the beneficiaries through the provision of educational, social, recreational and multicultural activities for the benefit of all people living in Northern Ireland and migrants in particular.
