**Purposes:** Teach Na Failte was established to provide support, encouragement and aftercare to ex-prisoners and, in particular, to provide facilities and resources to enhance educational and employment opportunities as well as improving health, well-being and re-integration into their families and communities. It is a constituted recognised registered charitable organisation with an over-seeing Management Committee.
