Respective responsibllities of charlty trustees and examln•r As the charity's trustees you are responsible for preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Chantses Act (Northem Ireland) 2008. It is my responsibility to: Examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charits'es Act Follow the procedures laid down in the general Direcb'ons given by the Commission under section 65(9){b) of the Charits'es Act Stats whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basls of Independent examiner's report I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examinats'on was carried out in accordance with general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland under section 65{9Xb) of the Charities Acl. My examination included a review of he accounting records kept by th8 charity and a comparison of the accounts p￿sented wilh those records. It also included considerats'on of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations ￿)rn you as charity Irustees conceming any such matters. My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attenlion giving m8 cause to believe: 1. That accounb'ng records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of Ihe Charities Act 2. That Ihe accounts do nol accord with those accounting records 3. That the accounts do nol comply with the accountsng requirements of the Charities Act 4. That there is futher infornation needed for a proper understanding of Ihe accounts to be reached.
