Having satisfied myself that the Charity is not subject lo audit under charity law, and is eligible for independent examination. it is my responsibility to.. examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 I'the Charities Acl'l as amended by the Charilies Act (Northern Ireland) 2022., follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern I￿land under Section 6519llbl ol the Charities Act., and state whether particular matters have come lo my attention. 8a818 of Independent 8xamlner'8 report I have examined th8 charity accountg as reqUI￿d under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examination was carried out in accordance wth the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under Section 65{9llbl of the Charities Act. My examination included a rèview of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records.11 also included consideration of any unusual items or di8closuf89 in the accounts and seeking explanation8 from you as charity trustees concerning any such matters. My role is to state whether any material matters have corne to my attention giving me reasonable cause lo believe.. 1. That accounting records were not kept in accordance with Section 63 of the Chafilies Act {Northern Ireland) 2008 as amended by the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2022 where applicable.. 2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records., 3. That the accounts do not comply wth the accounting reqU1￿ments Charities Aot,. and 4. That there 18 further information needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
