Activities
The aims of the Groups shall be to operate for the advancement of health and the relief of sickness and suffering in Northern Ireland of those in need by reason of ill-health, disability and financial hardship. To principally aid and improve the health , well being and quality of life of those suffering form Cancer by any lawful means including the following a) By providing a range of therapies and treatments to treat, complement and support the holistic health of those with Cancer in the interests of improving their health , well being and quality of life b) By providing information , advice , guidance and moral and practical support for sufferers of Cancer and their families , friends and carers to help them come to terms with their diagnosis, manage their symptoms , improve their health , well being and quality of life c) By bringing together people with Cancer and their families , friends and carers as well as those with an interest in the disease, to encourage , help and support one another to extend the charities therapeutic services to sufferers of other health conditions and their families, friends and carers, for whom such treatments, therapies and support would be beneficial , in the interests of improving their health , well-being and quality of life
