IDIXON HALL MANAGEM ENT COMMrrrEE ANNUAL REPOltr 2022 The Dixon Hall Management Committee met three times in 2022 as we were working hard to get the new lease for the Sea Cadets formulated. A draft lease had been drawn up incorporating various points of concern to the Sea Cadet and we also had to update the signatories for our Bank Account with the Ulster Bank. The final meeting in November 2022 saw the signing of the document drawn up by our sol icitor, Ms Debbie M ills, and this now gave the Cadets a 20-year lease.
