I have substantial training and experience in the examination of business and individual accounts and financial documents, most recently as an Assistant Director in HMRC with responsibility as Senior Investigating officer for the oversight and management of the teams conducting criminal investigation and prosecution of complex tax evasion in Scotland and Eastern England.
I have examined, without conducting an audit, the accounts and returns of Omagh RDA Ltd for the period ended 30/04/2025 and discussed them with two of the directors.
This is the first period of trading of the company following the transfer of the business from Omagh Group Riding for the Disabled (104750) whereby all income, expenditure, assets and liabilities relating to the business were transferred to Omagh RDA Ltd.
I am satisfied to the best of my knowledge and belief that the accounts are correct.
