I have substantial training and experience in the examination of business and
individual accounts and financial documents, most recently as an Assistant
Director in HMRC with responsibility as Senior Investigating officer for the
oversight and management of the teams conducting criminal investigation and
prosecution of complex tax evasion in Scotland and Eastern England.
I have examined. without conducting an audit, the accounts and returns of
Omagh RDA Ltd for the year ended 3110312024 and discussed them with two
of the directors.
l am satisfied to the best of my knowledge and belief that the nil accounts are
correct. Throughout the relevant period the business of providing RDA services
in Omagh was conducted by Omagh Group Riding for the Disabled (104750)
and all income, expenditure, assets and liabilities relating to the business were
reflected in the accounts of that entity and consequently Omagh RDA Ltd had
no income, expenditure, assets or liabilities and conducted no business or
trade.
It is my understanding that following this period of account the business of
Omagh Group Riding for the Disabled together with all assets and liabilities and
rights to and responsibility for income and expenditure has been transferred to
Omagh RDA Ltd and accounts from 12107124 will reflect this.
The consequence of this transfer is that the period from 1104124 to 11/07124
will also be properly represented by nil accounts for Omagh RDA Ltd.
