I have substantial training and experience in the examination of business and individual accounts and financial documents, most recently as an Assistant Director in HMRC with responsibility as Senior Investigating officer for the oversight and management of the teams conducting criminal investigation and prosecution of complex tax evasion in Scotland and Eastern England. I have examined, without conducting an audit, the accounts and returns of Omagh RDA Ltd for the year ended 3110312023 and discussed them with two of the directors. l am satisfied to the best of my knowledge and belief that the nil accounts are correct. Throughout the relevant period the business of providing RDA services in Omagh was conducted by Omagh Group Riding for the Disabled (104750) and all income, expenditure, assets and liabilities relating to the business were reflected in the accounts of that entity and consequently Omagh RDA Ltd had no income, expenditure, assets or liabilities and conducted no business or trade.
