Charity Commission. If you do not wish to use this form. please ensure that the headings in this
guidance are followed when completing a Trustee Annual Report.
All Girlgulding Ulster Charities are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye-laws.
The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to help them develop
ernotionallyi mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to
their Community and the wlder world.

A summary of the Charity's main activities to further its purposes for the public benefit and the
main achievements in the year
11 girls in unit.
There were no events as meetings were still very much in-and-out due to Covid.
Weekly meetings
Badges: Helper, make a change and take action.
In addition to promise badges.
There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and there was no private benefit.
A statement that the Trustees have had regard to the Commlssion's Public Benefit requirement
statutory guidance.
Public benefit.
Our aim is to build a foundation for young girls aged 4-7 years by enhancing education, offering
friendship, new skills, self-confidence, inclusivity, and fun. while promoting a healthy lifestyle,
physically, emotionally, and mentally. All within a safe space.
This is achieved through forward planning and using the Girlguiding frameworks. Giving the girls,
a voice and choices to choose their own achievements. Rewarded upon completion with badges.
Membership subs are paid by the girls with some going to Girlguiding HQ and the remainder
staying within the unit for resource5 and events.
There is no private benefft flowing for the purposes.

A review of the Charity5 financial position at the end of the year
INCOME FOR THE YEAR WAS £257.11 AND EXPENDITURE WAS £749.35
Details of any fund held by the Charity that was materially in deficit at the end of the year and
