There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and there was no private benefit.

We have 8 girls in our Unit.

The Rangers completed an extension of many of the Guiding activities. Additional activities included making wooden crosses for Remembrance with painted poppies on them and arranging a display of knitted poppies to represent Flanders Field.

We held a few pamper evenings when the girl made a range of foot scrubs and face masks from natural ingredients and then tried these out on each other.

Also we had a few cookery evenings when we learnt how to make scones and baked Alaska.

For Christmas we made Christmas Cards and a range of Christmas decorations.

The highlight of our year was being able to welcome a sister Guide back after a serious accident.

We had one Ranger complete her Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award and one selected to attend the World Jamboree in South Korea. This involved support with fund raising from the team. Whilst the Jamboree was not the experience anticipated due to extreme weather conditions overall it proved to be a great adventure and very enjoyable.
