All Girlguiding Ulster Charities are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye-laws.
The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to help them develop
emotionally, mentallyp physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to
their Community and the wider world.

A summary of the CharIt￿S main artivities to further its purposes for the public benefit and the
main achievements in the year
There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and that there was no private benefit.
There were 215 girls and volunteers across 10 units. The units took part in various activities such
as Charity events to raise funds for Air Ambulance, going to the pantomime, residential and
camping holidays. There were multiple training events for volunteers.
We celebrated Remembrance Sunday. World Thinking Day and held Christmas events.

There was a surplus in the financial year of £69. All funds were used for the benefit of the
members and the overall bank account status was in surplus.
