health and emolional Support within the community. In respo￿. Via Wings continued to develop its
provision in this area.

Property and Premises
The Wellbeing Centre opened in May 2023, completing pbase 3 of the conversion of the previously
unrestored outbiiildings rni the prO￿rtY. The transforn￿t10n of this space created 2 counselling rooms. 2
therapy rcoms for aromatherdpy and reflexology, and a meeting r(y)m for classes including yog4
mindfLthi¢s$ and baby Dwsage.

Th¢ archway g¢cess tn Via Wings is fitted with a c(M)ler rwm to aid storage of surplus bod from local
shops donating through the Faresharc scheme.

statemenls. The charity re¢ord¢d surplus fimds for the year ended 31 October 2025 of £42.459 (2024

funds, not solely cash held in th¢ banL

Trade Creditors of £1240 (2024 £5,620) include a ]isl of supplier invoiccs which wcrc invoiced within the
rinancial year ending 31 October 2025 but pa￿nent of these did Dot unlil Ihe new financial year.
Reserve% and Going Coneero
All income from chaTitsbl¢ activitie5 was fvlly restrictcd and applied in accordaDCC with donor-imposed
collditioDJ.
The trustees have establish¢d a reserv¢s p)li¢y to ensure thai the charity maintains sufficient unr¢stricted
funds to support its ongoing operation81 commitments and to miligale financi21 risk. At the year end, the
¢hArity held unrcstricted reserves equivalent to approxin￿le}Y tI￿te months of expenditu￿. The tNstee5
consider this to be b¢low their targct level and are working towards building reserves to a levcl equivalent
to six months expeDdityr4 wbich they believe is appmpriate for the dwity's I)￿ds.
