All Girlguiding Ulster Charities are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye-laws.
The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to help them
develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive
contribution to their Community and the wider world.

A review of the CharIt￿S financlal position at the end of the year
The results for the year are laid out in our Receipts and Payments account and
Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the year ended 31 December 2018. The deficit of
receipts over payments for 2018 was £125 (2017 excess £164)
Details of any fund held by the Charity that was materlally In deficit at the end of the year
and steps taken by the Charity Trustees to ellminate the deficit
The deficit in our funds this year is due to a decline in weekly dues and a fall in
subscription income. As Trustees our aim is to encourage new membership in the future
to ensure our funds do not remain in deficit.
