I have considered the adequacy of the disclosure made In note 22 to the financial statements concerning the company's abilily to continue as a going concern. The matters detailed in note 22 highlight tho low level of free reseNes held by the organisalion which may cast doubl on its ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that would result if the charily was unable lo continue as a golng concern.
