Structure
This community group is managed by a small group of volunteers.
Objectives and activities
The aim of the group is to enhance and promote the village of Cushendun and surrounding area by organising various events during the year. These include; the summer planting in the village, monthly whist drives, the publication of newsletters, and the organisation of Christmas community events for young children and senior citizens.
Statement of Compliance.
In setting out our objectives and carrying out our activities for the year, the trustees have given careful consideration to any controls set down by the Charities Commission and the best way to promote the people and the area.
Achievements And Performance
Following on from the Covid 19 pandemic, the community group followed any Covid rules still in place. The government guidelines were adhered to.
Financial Review
Having obtained funding from various sources, together with donations, the group has been able to maintain sufficient cashflow to continue their activities during the year.
