The minutes of the AGM held on 23 August 2022 were approved and adopted.

Annual report

Kilcooley Allotments continues to experience increased activity. Over the past 12 months,

there has been a rise in the number of classes run by the Training Hub. This year has seen a growth in community participation and increased use of the Hub.

We hope to have the training Hub polytunnels refurbished in 2024 and old planting beds
-
renewed.

Small amounts of funding have been sourced throughout 2023 to support the increased
-
workload.

Kilcooley allotments continue participating in the Neighbourhood Renewal Partnership Board
-
through their membership with Kilcooley Community Forum.
• A range of new classes were conducted over the year and the yearly calendar events were successfully fulfilled.
• Other external agencies continue to refer clients to us as part of our Health and wellbeing commitment and strategy for the Training Hub.
- The financial report and audited accounts
The financial report and audited accounts for 2022/23 were approved and adopted. It was agreed to reappoint Broad Street Advisory.
The following Directors were reappointed for 2024-25:
Thomas Crawford as Chair; Joanie Brown, and Diane Browning. It was noted that Jill Stevenson, finance officer for the Kilcooley Community Forum and the Kilcooley Allotments would continue to Minute the meetings.
The next AGM will be decided at the next board meeting, TC closed the AGM.
