The charity's purposes are to promote the teaching and practice of the Orthodox Christian Faith, to care
pastorally for the Orthodox Christian community in Belfast in particular and N Ireland in general, to facilitate
liturgical worship, receiving into the Church those who sincerely wish to freely adopt and live according to
the Church's moral and spiritual guidance, upholding these purposes, and any related charitable purpose.

The charity arranges liturgical services in suitable settings, with the provision and administration of
sacraments. It engages with the wider community throu8h activities such as teaching, pilgrimages, parish
meals and get togethers.

The con8regation of St John's met weekly, with monthly visits from a priest and a visit also from the Bishop.

was held at the year end by solicitors on our behalf.
