Stevenson Community Projects -- Chalrman's Report --- January 2025. Stevenson Community Projects continued to meet during 2024. Two committee meetings were held during the year when several community related projects were discussed as to their suitability to our cause, with emphasis on youth, disabled and the elderly, within our community. A stand-alone solar powered defibrillator, located adjacent to an extensive housing development with an aging population, was identified as a worthy project. Funding was applied for this project through the National Lottery Community Fund and thankfully we were successful. The defibrillator has been Installed with training In the community to be completed. The need for an evacuation chair upstairs in the Rugby Club was identified as a worth project. Funding was obtained from The Honourable The Irish Society and the chair installed with relevant training. The AGM was held in January 2025. J A Lawson
