The Company is established to promote the wellbeing of the inhabitants of Northern Ireland and its environs without distinction of age, sex, race, political, religious or other opinion by all or any of the following means: (a) the relief of poverty; (b) the advancement of community development; (c) the advancement of education, skills training and the arts; (d) the relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage; (e) the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare; and (f) generally improve the conditions of life for the said inhabitants by associating with the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to meet our objectives.
