Independent examiner's report to the Trustees of Britannia Concert Band I report on the accounts of the Britannia Concert band for the year ended 31 July 2023. which are Set out below. RespecttV8 responsibilities of trustees and examiner As th8 charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustees consider thal an audit is not required for this year under s8Ction 65(2) of the Charities Act (North8m Ireland) 2008 (the Charities Act) or under Regulation 10{1){a} to (c) of the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (the 2006 Regulations) and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to-.
