The Charity is a voluntary community organisation established under a constitution.

In fulfilling the public benefit requirement, the charity trustees have had regard to the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland's statutory public benefit guidance.

**The purpose of this charity continue to:** increase social interaction through our events; improved physical activity and emotional well being from events organised such as our senior social activities and community fun run; increased interest among our young people in life skills through our cookery and craft classes; improved road and personal safety from our discussions with statutory bodies; additional skills through training programmes; improved feeling of inclusiveness and better access to services such as broadband.

Demonstrated by: numbers attending events; geographical spread of participants; verbal feedback from participants; increased engagement and interest from all sections of the community

We do not anticipate any harm leading from this purpose.

The beneficiaries are people from the Garvaghey and surrounding rural areas including Altcloughfin, Gort, Tychany, Rarogan and Roscavey

There is no private benefit flowing from this purpose.

The Company's objects are specifically restricted to address the social, recreational, education and health needs of people (hereinafter called the "beneficiaries") from the Garvaghey and surrounding rural areas including Altcloughfin, Gort, Tychany, Rarogan and Roscavey without distinction of age, gender, sexual orientation, disability/ability, race, ethnnic origin, political, religious or other opinion by associating the statutory and local authorities, voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to relieve the aged and promote social exclusion. The primary objective of the association is to address the lack of accessible services in the communities. We will aim to organise activities and community led services that are currently absent. The information below sets out the activities we have carried out to further our purposes and fulfil the public benefit elements during the last 12 months.
