Independent Examiner’s Report to the Members of Belfast Kayak Club
Year Ended 31[st] December 2021
I report to the members on my examination of the financial statements of Belfast Kayak Club for the year ended 31 December 2021.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the Charity’s trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
Having satisfied myself that the accounts are not required to be audited and are eligible for independent examination, I report in respect of my examination of the financial statements, under Section 65 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. In carrying out my examination I have followed the general directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under Section 65 (9)(b) of the 2008 Act.
My examination included an analysis and review of accounting records, practices and procedures accompanying these records. The examination also included consideration of any unusual items in the financial statements.

I have completed my examination and can confirm I have no concerns in respect of the matters listed above and have found no other matters that require drawing to your attention.
