Apologies

Liz Canavan

Tom Baxter

Steven Larmour.

Chairperson welcomed everyone to the A.G.M. and she was pleased to announce that our charity will be celebrating 20 years next year 2024. She also thanked our volunteers for all their hard work and to all who have been with us from the start and for their contributions down through the years.

Rosemary asked the Secretary if we had any new courses that our group could take part in at our weekly meetings, and if we could possibly get some arts and crafts started. The secretary replied he would look into getting new courses arranged in the New Year.

Molly and Una said to the committee they could no longer continue with their Easter chick fundraiser as it was getting harder to source chocolate eggs cheap enough to make a profit, and they were presented with gifts for their contributions towards this fundraiser and all their hard work down through the years.

Exec committee.

Tom Baxter has informed our Secretary verbally he would be stepping down from his role as Vice Secretary as he found it difficult to attend the committee meetings.

The Exec committee accepted his resignation and Ann Mc Grath proposed that Amanda Johnston would be the new vice Secretary and the rest of the committee be block voted back in. Una Teague seconded the motion and all committee members agreed.

## Any Other Business

The Treasurer said that this year’s membership is now due and it is still the same as last year.
