1. The Advancement of Health or the saving of lives. a. To provide support in Teenage Clubs and Night Clubs in the Mid-Ulster Area by going into the clubs and giving support, non-emergency medical care, advice and reassurance in a safe place to any vulnerable person through their consumption of alcohol or drugs, OR injury inflicted by other night club goers or accidental injury. b. To provide essential and potentially life saving first-aid cover by volunteers trained in the use of defibrillators and CPR (Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation) to any person requiring such intervention attending the venue or immediate area until the arrival of medical professionals. c. To raise awareness of the dangers of alcohol and drugs to Teenagers in the Mid-Ulster area. 2. Advancement of education a. Of Club Angels Cookstown volunteers through their training in First Aid, CPR (Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation), Child Protection and life skills. b. Of Teenagers to raise awareness of the dangers of alcohol and drugs to Teenagers in the Mid-Ulster area. c. Of Club Angels Cookstown volunteers by providing support, training, information and advice which will enhance their effectiveness to promote charitable activities in the area of benefit.
