We report on the ac<x)unts of the charity for the year ¢nd¢d 31" March 2023 which arc set out on pages I to 20.

law) a￿ rcsponsible for the preparatRon of the a¢￿￿nts under section 63 of the Chatities Act (Northern Ircland)
2008. The charity's committee considor that an audit is not required for this year and that an independent
c￿￿mination is needed.
It is our responsibility to:
examine the awunts under section 65 of the Charitics Act
ftillow the proLYdures laid down in the gcneral directions given by th¢ Charity Commi&sion for Northern
Ireland under section 65(9)0)) of the Chan'ties Act
statc whether particular matters have com¢ to our attention.
Basis of independent examiner's report
We have ¢xamined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and our examination
was carried out in accordanL% with the general directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland
under s¢rtion 65(9Xb) of the ChaTities Act. Th¢ ¢xamination included a review of the accounting records kept by
the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any
unusual items or th'sclosures in the acu)unt4 and seeking explanations from you &8 cbarity t￿￿¢S concerning such
matters.
Thc procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audiL and consequ¢ntly no
opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair view" and the repN)rt is limited to tho* matters
set out in the statemcnt below.
Our role is to state whether any mat¢rial matters have wme to our attention giving us cause to believe:
