Basis of independent examiners report
I have examined your cEwity Accounls as required under Section 65 of the Charities Act and my
exatnination W&8 carried out in accordance with the general Directions giv¢n of the Cbarity
Commission for Nortb¢rn Ireland under section 65(9Mb) of the Charities ACL
My examination included a review of the accounting Tecords kept by the charity and a comparison of
the accounts preseiited with those records. It alw included consideration of any unusual items or
disc105ures in th¢ accouut& and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concerning any suclL
nlatters.
My role is to stste whetheT any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause to believe:
l. That accoiinting records were uot kept in accordance with Section 63 of the Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those ac¢ouDting records
3. That the accounts do not cO￿pIY with the accounting requirements of the Clwiti¢s Acl.
4. That there is fiwther Inforn￿tiOll Deeded for a proper understanding of the acCO￿ts to be
reached.
