the Charth"es Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.

I have examined your chaiity 8ccrkJnts os fequired under section 65 of the Charities Act and my
examination was carried oul in accordance with the general Dir8Ctions given by tha Charity
Commission for Northem Ir•land undér ￿CtIOn es(9)(bJ of the Charitles Act.
My examination included a revlow of t￿￿ accounting records kept by the charfty and a comparison of
the accounts present￿1 with those records. It also IndUd￿ consideration of any unusual iterr6 or
disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees conceming any
such matters.
My role is to state wh6ther sny material matters have come lo my attention giving me cause to
believe..
1. Thst accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of Ihe Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with Ihose accounling records
3. That the accounts do not compty with the accounting requirements of the Charities Acl
4. That Ihere is further information needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
I heve completed my examination and have no concerns in r88pect of the matters (1) to (4) listed
above and, in connection wvth following the directions of the Charity Comrrission for Norlhern Ireland,
I have found no matt8rs that require drawing to your attention.
