The Trustees present their Trustees Annual Report prepared in accordance with the
Charities SORP (effective January. 2015) and the independently examined statements

November, 2004. The Trustees at the date of this report and those who served during
the Financia] Year together with the dates of any changes are set out are listed below.

The Group is established to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Bellanaleck and
its surrounding area (hereinafter called the "area of benefit") without distinction of
age, gender, sexuality, nationality, ethnic identity, disability, political or religious
opinion, by association with the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and the
inhabitants in a common effort to alleviate poverty and disadvantage, advance
education, promote social inclusion and to provide facilities in the interests of social
welfare for recreation or other leisure-time Occupatio￿ with the object of improving
the conditions of life of the aid inhabitants.

The Bellanaleck Cornmunity Group continued to deliver actions which are positively
benefitting our Iocal area and community. key activities over the Year have included
the following:_
l) Bellanaleck Community Garden - managing the allotments and maintaining the
wildflower meadow, native apple tree orchard, native tree copse and bird and bat
boxes;
2) making rcprcscntations to or consi(kring the following n]att¢TS coming within the
purview of the statutory bodies stated:_
a) Fennanagh & Omagh District Council - dog fouling, Community Garden
maintenance, floral displays (including replacement of flower box destroyed in road
accident), Village Orderly's duties, townland signs maintenance and car parking on
section of the Lollghshore Path:
b) Department of Infrastructure - Waterhen Lane (road and footpath surface erosio
extension of footpath and sp¢¢d humps), grit box p)licy, pedestrian crossing and
cutting of A509 verge, and
c) Police Service of Northern Ireland - speed checks and sponsorship of pennanent
speed indicators;
3) provision of Christmas Tree in 2022;
4) opening of account with the Lakeland Credit Union Ltd. following the Nationwide
Building Society's closure of their Treasurers TTh￿t accounts;
5) land west of Costcutter Store car park- consideration of suggestion for public use:
6) the late H.M. Queen Elizabeth II'S Platinum Jubilee Celebrations. 2022
consideration of activities to commemorate.
7) consideration of organizing a film evening;

e Bellanaleck Community Group Trustees have considered the Charity
Commission for Northern Ireland's general guidance on public benefit when
reviewing the Group's objectives and plans for future activities to ensure these
achieve the Group's pUrpo￿S and provide a benefit to ben¢ficiari¢s.
Financial RevieTrv
The Bellanaleck Community Group is non-profit making. The total receipts for the
Year w¢r¢ £1.305 and the totsl payments £484, giving a net credit of £821. The
Trustees continue to manage resources in an efficient and sustainable manner.

Reserves Polic
The Bellanaleck Community Group have a Reserves Policy which requires that
reserves are built or maintained at a level which ensures that the organisation's core
activities could continue during a period of unforeseen difficulty, and that th¢
organisation's kno￿￿ liabilities would be paid should the organisation cease to trade.
Future Plans
The Bellanaleck Conununity Group plan to focus on maintaining the high standards
of service to our benefici￿leS.

The Trustees are responsible for pr¢paring the financial statements in accordance with
applicable law and regulations.
The Trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose
with reasonable accuracy at any tirne the financial position of the Charity and ot
enable them to ensure that the financial ststements comply with apprO￿late
regulatio￿%. The are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the Charity and
hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other
irregularities.
In so far as the Trustees are aware:.
there is no r¢l¢vant inforn]ation (infonnation needed by the Charity's
Independent Examiner in connection with preparing the Independent
Examiner's Report) of which the Charity's Independent Examiner is unaware,
the Trustees have taken all the steps that th¢y ought to have taken to rnake
themselves aware of any relevant Independent Examiner infornlation and to
establish that the Independent Examiner is aware of that infonnation
