Rejpective Responsibilities of Charity Trnstees And Ex#DJiDer The Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the aLxounts. The Trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144(2) of ihe Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that & independent examination is needed. Having satisfied myself that Ihe charity is not subject to audil under company law and is eligible for independent examination. il is my responsibility lo: examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act: to follow the procedures laid down in the general directions given by the Charity Commission under seclion 14515Xb} of the ?01 l Act: and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basis of Independent Eiaminer'$ Report I have e¥amined your charity ac¢ounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Aci aT]d my examination was carried oul in accordance with the genernl directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act. The examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or dtsclosures in the account& and seeking explanation from you as the charity's concerning any such matters. My role is to state whether any material marters have come to my attention giving me cause to believe: l. That accounting records were not kepl in accordance with section 386 of the Companies Act 2006 2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records 3. Thai the accounts do n(A comply with the accountiT]g requirements of section 396 of the Companies Act 2006 and wilh the meihods and principles of the Charities Stalement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and RepublAC of Ireland 4.
