As the charity trustees you are responsible lor the preparation of the accoLinls In accordance with the
iequiremenls of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.

examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.,
follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Chaiily Comn)ission for Northern
Ireland under section 65{9llb} of the Charities Act, and
slate whether particular matters have come lo my allenlion.

I have examined your charity accounts a5 required under section e5 of the Charities Act and my examination wa5
carried out in accordanc& with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under
section 6519llbl of the Charilles Act.

My examinallon included a review of the accounllng records kept by the charlty and a comparison of the accounts
presented with those records. 11 also includes consideratlon of any unusual items or disclosures In the accounts,
and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concerning any such mallers.
My role is to slate whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me oause lo believe..
accounting records were not kept in respect of the charity as required by section 64 of the 2008 Act., or
the financial slalements do not accord with those records., or
the financial slalemenls do not cotnply with the applicable r8quiremenls concerning the form and conlenl ol

accounts give a true and fair view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
