Annual Report for Year Ending 3110812020 The Trustees of BHSPA declare they have regard to the Nl Charity Commission guidan on public benefrt under Section 4(b) Charities Act 2008 and are pleased to submit their report & accounts for period 0110912019 to 3110812020. Main Activities (no activities since March 2020 due to Covid19 lockdowns) Christmas Cookbook Christmas bauble competition Christmas hampers (x2) Achievements Advertising events on school Facebook page and school app Funding Bauble Competition prize- cinema gift card Working with Prefects selling hamper raffle tickets during carol service Meeting Programme BHSPA usually meet on the first Wednesday of each month from Sept- June in the school staff room. These meetings generate ideas for future activttieslevents and our School Liaison Teacher highlights specific needs within the school. Last meeting held was 0310312020, no further meetings due to Covid19. Membership Numbers remain low with the same 4-5 people involved as last reporting period. Two members continue to sit on the School Board of Govemors. We always endeavour to promote BHSPA at every opportunity. Financial Review The year ended with a balan of£2613.53 Income forthe year was £112.50 Expenditure for the year was £709.50 This report is approved and adopted at our meeting on qlo12i and signed on behalf of all Committee Meetings.
