Annual Report for Year Ending 3110812019 The Trustees of BHSPA declare they have regard to the Nl Charity Commission guidan on public benefit under Section 4(b) Charities Act 2008 and are pleased to submit their report & accounts for period 0110912018 to 3110812019. Main Activities School Cookbook Halloween disco Providing refreshments at h0o1 play Achievements Arranging Gift Aid status via HMRC Seasonal Hampers Copper Challenge Halloween disco on 17110118 Providing & serving refreshments at school production of 'Mamma Mia. Selling school cookbook at Mamma Mia Assisting with school open night Meeting Programme BHSPA usually meet on the first Wednesday of each month from Sept- June in the school staff room. These meetings generate ideas for future activitieslevents and our School Liaison Teacher highlights spectfic needs wthin the school. Membership Numbers have declined to 5 or 6 since our last report despite previous attempts to canvass parent's interest. Two members stl on the School Board of Govemors. We do our best to try and promote BHSPA at every opportunity. Financial Review The year ended wilh a balan of £3341.12. an increase of £524.31 on last year. Income for the year was £1043.00 with an expenditure of £518.69. Our finances allowed us to meet all school requests for financial assistan.
