The twstees who are also directors of the charity for the purposes of the Companies Act 2006, present their
report with the financial statements of the charity for the year ended 31 May 2023. The trustees have adopted
the provisions of Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to
charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK
and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective l January 2019).

I report on the accounts of the cornpany for the year ended 31 May 2023, which are set out on pages flve to
nine.
Respective responsibilities of charity trustees and examiner
As the charity's trustees (and also the directors for the purposes of company law) you are responsible for the
preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006.
Having satisfied myself that the charity is not subject to audit under company law and is eligible for
independent examination, it is my responsibility to..
examine the accounts under Section 65 of the Charities Act
follow the procedures laid down in the gencral Directions given by the Charity Commission for
Northern Ireland under Section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act
state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of the independent examiner's report
I have examined your charity accounts as required under Section 65 of the Charities Act and my examination
was Ca￿led out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern
Ireland under Section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act. The examination included a review of the accounting
records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included
consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you &$
charity trustees concerning any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me Cause to believe:
That accounting records were not kept in accordance with Section 386 of the Companies Act 2006
That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of Section 396 of the Companies
Act 2006 and with the methods and principles of the Charities Statement of Recommended Practice
applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland
That there is further infonnation need¢d for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed tny examination and have no concerns in respect of the matters (l) to (4) listed above and,
in connection with following the Directions of the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland, I have found no
matters that requÈre drawing to your attention.

The charitable company is entitled to exemption from audit under Scction 477 of the Companies Act 2006
for the year ended 31 May 2023.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its fmancial statements for the year ended
31 May 2023 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The trustees acknowledge their responsibilities for
(a)
ensuring that the charitable company keeps accounting records that comply with Sections 386 and 387
of the Companies Act 2006 and
(b) preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charitable
company as at the end of each financial year and of its surplus or deficit for each financial year in
accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which othenvise comply with the
requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the
Charitable company.

ACCOUNTING POLICtES
Basis of preparing the financial statements
The financial statements of the charitable company, which is a public benefit entity under FRS 102,
have been prepared in accordance with the Charities SORP (FRS 102) 'Accounting and Reporting by
Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in
accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS
102) (effective l January 2019),, Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland, and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements
have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
Taxation
The charity is exempt from corporation tax on its charitable activities.
Fund accounting
Unrestricted funds can be used in accordance with the charitable objectives at the discretion of the
trustees.
Restricted fwids can only be used for particular restricted purposes within the objects of the charity.
Restrictions arise when specified by the donor or when funds are raised for particular restricted
purpo%s.
TRUSTEES, REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS
There were no trustees, remuneralion or other benefits for thc year ended 31 May 2023 nor for the
year ended 31 May 2022.
