The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to help them develop
emotionally> mentalty, physically and spiritually $0 that they can make a positsve contribution to
their Community and the wider world.

A summary of the CharitVs main activities to fvrther its PUTP05es for the public benefit and the
main achievernents in the year
There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and there was no private benefit.
The Ballykelly Distritt Guide Association is made up of Rainbows. Brownies. Guides and Senior
Section Guides. We have 62 girls.
As a District we supported a coffee morning to help raise funds for one of our members who had
been selected to attend the World Jamboree.
We hosted the Annual Thinking Day Service in Ballykelty and also attended the Limavady
District Lorne SF)onsored Walk to help raise funds for the individual Untts as well as Guide H.Q.
A statement that the Trustees have had regard to the Commission's Public Benefrt requirement
All trustees are aware of the Commission's Public Benefit requirement.

The balance of the account is credit £734.99 Income.. £694.98 Outgoings £1,363.33 Outgoings
are higher than usual this year as we had cheques for 2 years heat and light processed in the
same year and also we purchased camping equipment for an international camp.
Last year our income was £611.25 and our expenditure £6CrfJ.(X)
Details of any fund held by the Charity that was materially in deficit at the end of the year and
steps tsken by the Charity Trustees to eliminate the deficit
