skills and lo share experiences;
To organise and facilitate get running pr¢JJrammgs for pocplo of all aggs, abilities and backgri)und lo assist in
improved health and well-bging.
The provision of a scholarship for first year students al Queens Universty. Belfast to study in the profgssion of

September and continues to be a sought after accolade.

People who have taken up running as a hobby and attend IwAI running events such as the annual "Run for Enda..
The demand for this service and the numbers attending ¢￿tInueS lo riso and therefore having a positive impact on
the local community and individuals improving their health and y￿11-being.
The benefits flowng from the musicjguitar V￿rkshOp is evidgnt with the irKrease in the nUmt￿r of young peoplg
allending the workshop. Also the charity is seeing partiCApants frcrfn previous years c4)ming ba￿ to vdunl8er and
help out in the delivery of the musicjguitaif workshop.
The benefits flowing from the prOVi￿On of a stholarship is that a student wll gain a sd￿arshiP for entry into Qugen's
University Belfast to study in the profession of Architecture. The charity and Universty will work closely lo ansura that
the scholarship is awarded to an indsvidual that Iruty desarves and V￿11 gr8ally benafil from this wond8rful OPFthunity.
There is no ham arising from Ihg purposes of the charity. The charity aims lo benefit the local community and
sorrounding areas regardless of age, ba¢*ground or balief. The runnintyfilness pf￿raMMe will benefit individuals
aged &75 years of age'.musicJgutlair workshop will benefit indtviduals aged 12 -18 years of age and the scholarship
will ba for a young sludenl. A Private benefit lo TnJslees may arise from orrfJoing trainiro in gocmj govamance,
finance. S(￿la1 media etc. Through this training Tnjslees gain skills and experience which are transferable to other
settings. These benefits are incidental and nec*ssary lo ensure that the benefft is provided to our benefiuaries.

The company's truslees are responsible for Ihe preparation of the financial statements in ac£ordanGe wtlh the
requirements of the Chariligs Act (Northem Ireland) 2008. The company's Iruslees conskjer that an audit is not
required for this financAal year under the Chariti9s AGI {Northem Irdandl 2008 and that an iThJependenl examination
is required.

examination was carried out in ac£ordanc8 with the general Diredions given by the Charity Commission for
