A summary of the Charity’s main activities to further its purposes for the public benefit and the main achievements in the year

Over the past year the 14 girls (11 new) in the Unit played games, cooked, crafted and completed a number of challenges/activities resulting in the Rainbow 35 years, Autumn, Ulster’s Yesterday/Today/Tomorrow, Polar Bear and Coronation Challenge Badges being awarded as well as Stage 1 First Aid, Stage 1 Influences Skill Builders, Healthy Minds/Fruit & Vegetable and Helper Interest Badges, Be Well and Take Action Theme Awards. Some girls also completed additional interest badges at home e.g. Animal Lover, Agility and attended the County’s Christmas and Holiday Guiding Events. We also completed a sponsored walk, had a fun night with Jumping Clay making Penguins and ended the year with a BBQ where 5 Bronze and 1 Silver Awards were presented.

There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and that there was no private benefit.

All Trustees are aware of this.

A review of the Charity’s financial position at the end of the year

Opening Balance £1030, Total Income £1240, Total Expenditure £1404, Closing Balance £866 – surplus for the benefit of the girls for incoming year.

Details of any fund held by the Charity that was materially in deficit at the end of the year and steps taken by the Charity Trustees to eliminate the deficit
