I report on the accounts of Transforma1on Center, Mount Zion Community Church (Free Methodist) for the year ended 31 December 2023.
Respec6ve responsibili6es of charity trustees and examiner
As the charity’s trustees you are responsible for the prepara1on of the accounts in accordance with the Chari1es Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
It is my responsibility to:

examine the accounts under sec1on 65 of the Chari1es Act

follow the procedures laid down in the general Direc1ons given by the Commission under sec1on 65(9)(b) of the Chari1es Act
-
state whether par1cular maPers have come to my aPen1on.
Basis of independent examiner’s report
I have examined the accounts of Transforma1on Center, Mount Zion Community Church (Free Methodist) as required under sec1on 65 of the Chari1es Act and my examina1on was carried out in accordance with the general Direc1ons given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under sec1on 65(9)(b) of the Chari1es Act.
My examina1on included a review of the accoun1ng records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included considera1on of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explana1ons from you as charity trustees concerning any such maPers.
My role is to state whether any material maPers have come to my aPen1on giving me cause to believe:

That accoun1ng records were not kept in accordance with sec1on 63 of the Chari1es Act

That the accounts do not accord with those accoun1ng records

That the accounts do not comply with the accoun1ng requirements of the Chari1es Act
-
That there is further informa1on needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
Independent examiner’s statement
I have completed my examina1on and have no concerns in respect of the maPers (1) to (4) listed above and, in connec1on with following the Direc1ons of the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland, I have found no maPers that require drawing to your aPen1on.
