This template is to provide guidance to units who are comple5ng a Trustee Annual Report for the NI Charity Commission.  If you do not wish to use this form please ensure that the headings in this guidance are followed when comple5ng a Trustee Annual Report. 

**All Girlguiding Ulster Chari8es are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye-laws.** 

**The Purpose of each of these Chari8es is to educate girls and young women to help them develop emo8onally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a posi8ve contribu8on to their Community and the wider world.**

## **A summary of the Charity’s main ac8vi8es to further its purposes for the public benefit and the main achievements in the year** 

The girls throughout the year worked on badges. They also completed several craRs, e.g Valen5ne’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas and Halloween craRs. 

The girls also took part in several baking ac5vi5es, pancakes for pancake Tuesday and Short Bread for Burns Day 

The girls also rounded the year off with a parent’s night showing their parents and guardienne’s all they accomplished in the year. 

There was no harm flowing from the Chari5es purposes and no private gain.

All trustees are aware of this. 

## **A review of the Charity’s financial posi8on at the end of the year** 

£1,021.68 for the girls benefit in the incoming year.
