the Charltles Act (Northern Ireland) 21)08.
It is my responslbllltyto:
• examlne the accounts under section 65 of the Charltles Act-
follow the procedures lald down In the general Dlrections Blven by the Charlty Commlsslon for
Northern Ireland under section 65{9)(b} of the Charities Act; and
• state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basls of Independent Examlner's report
I have examlned your chartty accounts as required under sertbn 65 of the Charities Act and my
examination was carrled out in accordance wlth the general Directlons glven by the Charity
Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65(9){b) of the Charltles Act.
My examinatlon induded a revlew of the accountlng records kept by the charity and a comparison of
the accounts presented with those records. It also Induded conslderatlon of any unusual Items or
disclosures in the accounts, and seekin8 explanatlons from you as charlty trustees concemlng any
such matters.
My role Is to state whether any materlal matters have come to my attention giving me cause to
believe:
l. That accountlng records were not kept In accordance with sertion 63 of the Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not accord wlth those accountlng records
3. That the accounts do not comply wlth the accourting requlrements of the Charltles Att
4. That there Is further Informatlon needed for a proper understandlng of the accounts to be
reached.

Independent examlner's Statement
I have completed my examlnation and have no concerns In respect of the matters (l) to {4} listed
above and, in connectlon wSth followlng the Directlons of the Charlty Commisslon for Northern
