**The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to help them develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to their Community and the wider world.**

17[th] July 2023 to 16[th] July 2025 

## **A summary of the Charity’s main activities to further its purposes for the public benefit and the main achievements in the year** 

There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and there was no private benefit. 

A full range of indoor and outdoors activities took place. 

Rainbow programme covered 2 Theme awards which offered opportunities to complete challenges and interest badges during Rainbow meetings and at home. 

Opportunities to develop friendships, community awareness and good citizenship were provided in a fun and informal learning environment. 

Opportunities to take part in District Events with different age ranges to enjoy guiding activities. 

Year End Review with girls and parents for end of year badge awards took place during final meeting of the year. 

All Moving-On Rainbows received an Achievement Certificate and Badge for the level they attained during their time in Rainbows  (Bronze / Silver / Gold) 

## **A statement that the Trustees have had regard to the Commission’s Public Benefit requirement statutory guidance** 

All Charity Trustees as listed above are aware of and have had regard to  the Commission’s Public Benefit requirement statutory guidance.

**A review of the Charity’s financial position at the end of the year** 

Financial position at Financial Year ending 16[th] July 2025 Income for the Year  £1763.00  /  Expenses for the Year £1207.32 Rainbows Closing Bank Balance surplus £555.68 carried forward into new financial year. 

**Details of any fund held by the Charity that was materially in deficit at the end of the year and steps taken by the Charity Trustees to eliminate the deficit**
