Statement of Trustees responsibilities
The trustees are responsible for maintaining proper accounting records and an appropriate system of internal
control for the charity and for pieparing the account and statement in accordance with the Charities Act INorthern
Ireland) 2008 and the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations INorthern Ireland) 2015.
In accordance with the Charities Act (Norlhem Ireland} 2008 section 64, where the charity's gross income in any
financial year does not exceed £250,000, the charity's trustees may elect to prepare a receipt5 and payments
account and a statement of assets and liabilities as ils annual stalemenl of accounts. We have elected to prepare
such a statement of accounts.
The trustees are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps
for the prevention and detection of fraud and irregularities_
